Are ALL of your products vegan?

All of our products are 100% vegan with absolutely no animal testing. We love our planet and creatures, it is very important for us to remain vegan friendly, and cruelty-free.

Do you use natural, organic ingredients?

Yes, we use the purest, natural ingredients we can find. Primarily botanical, certified organic oils and butters. We also use natural sea salts and dried flowers and herbs.

Are your products safe to use during pregnancy?

All products which contain essential oils should be used with caution, especially during pregnancy, while breastfeeding, or if you ave any health concerns.

We recommend that you consult your physician to be sure these products are safe for you to use.

How much of the Bath Salts, Milk, or Teas do I put into my bath?

We suggest using 1/8 to 1/4 cup per filled bath. The bath soaks are intended to last for approximately 4–6 baths per bottle. The amount used is more of a personal preference, use what works for you.

Do your products contain nut oils?

Yes, our many of our products contain nut oils.  Sunflower, Macadamia, and Argan Oil are very common throughout our product lines. These oils typically do not irritate people with nut allergies, however nuts may be present in our facility. We recommend consulting your doctor first, and ALSO doing a patch test before use.

Are your products made in the U.S.?

Yes, currently all of our products are made in Lompoc, California.

My product looks/smells a little different from the last order, is it okay?

The products you are buying from us are handmade and natural so some variation from batch to batch is common (slight changes in color or scent are normal). This does not have an effect on the product’s effectiveness and is safe to use for the duration of their 12-month shelf-life

How soon can I expect my order?

All items will ship within 1-3 business days (excludes weekends and holidays) from when order and payment is received unless otherwise listed in the description of the product.
For U.S. Orders: We primarily ship through USPS. After shipping, please allow 3 – 5 business days for your order to arrive for standard shipping.
Once the package has left our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we are not responsible for delivery delays due to inclement weather, a package is not able to be delivered due to address errors, or other unforeseen shipping courier related delays.

For International Orders: Please allow from two to up to four weeks for your order to arrive after shipping. It may arrive sooner, however customs departments have the right to hold items for an undisclosed amount of time and there is not much we can do about this.
Also, we do not pay for anything to be released from customs or any import taxes charged in your country.

Why does the cost of shipping seem high?

Most of our products are in all glass jars or bottles and are quite heavy. We take every measure to safely package our ingredients to ensure safe arrival which may cause shipping costs to be slightly higher.

My Package shows “Delivered” in the tracking but I haven’t received it.

In the unlikely event that a package showing as delivered is missing, we are happy to send a replacement. Please contact us as soon as possible. We also recommend contacting your building manager, front desk, or neighbors if possible to help locate the package.

Do you offer sample sizes?
We often include free samples in your order.
At this time we don’t offer samples for purchase. We may offer them on future products.

What are your hours of operation?
Our hours vary over the seasons but try to respond to all inquiries within 2 business days.

Can I return a product?
Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase. However, we generally do not offer refunds or returns due to the artisan and perishable nature of our products. If your product arrives damaged ,however, please contact us as soon as possible and we may provide a replacement.

Do you charges sales tax?

Orders are subject to sales tax in the following states: California.  This may change without notice depending on regulations.

How can I cancel my order?

We work hard to get your orders processed as quickly as possible. So as soon as the payment is accepted and the order is confirmed, it is immediately in the process to be shipped. Unfortunately, this means no changes can be made to your order once it is placed.

What are coupon code allowances?

Coupon codes and discounts may not be combined. Coupons are valid only on Cherish Bath and Body products but are not valid on Gift Certificates.
Free shipping is valid on US orders over $75 before tax and after discount.
